Speed Paints

In addition to the environment assignment you will also be required to do three speed paints based on the ref provided. Give yourselves one hour for each paint, no more no less.

I suggest working loose to tight. Start by roughly blocking in shapes and colors. It may help to start with your canvass at a small size, forcing you to notice shape and not initially focus on detail. It may also help to work back to front.

Above are the three images, if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch with me.

do you want us to play around with color palette or should we try to copy it as exactly as possible?

Dela,

I sent out an email to Carlos and I had a few questions for you regarding his comments. I think you have my email address from when we were signing up for the blog. If you have any time, I would love to know what you think.

Thanks!

These speed paints are studies based on the images. So don't change the color pallet, keep your speed paint as close to the original as possible.
