1) The inventor
2) The leader
3) The blind guy
4) The scared Asian girl who talks to a crow that turns into a Tengu
5) The Tengu (which is also the scholar)

These are looking really good. We actually spoke about these the other day.
The blind character is working great. I like the addition of the bamboo stilts.
The inventor dosen't have the same feel as the rest of the team. Like we were talking about the other day, don't fall in love with the first idea you come up with, cause then it is real easy to close the door to the exploration of what that character can be.
