Ghost Hunters

Hey Dela, here are the ideations I have so far for 3 of my characters and props they would use. I put descriptions of them in the drawings. I haven't started the ideations for Jigme, the 4th character, but I will today. I'll do more ideations for everyone else as well. Any comments or suggestions would be great!

these are awesome! i really like the props you have. I think the character that holds the casket seems a little odd. Since he has been doing this for so long, he must have a way to carry arround t he coffin easily. Maybe a cart, rope that ties to his back like a backpack, maybe someone else carries it for him. Maybe the casket is smaller, maybe he draws out the coffin. I have a character that paints the ghosts face onto the floor.

The key also looks awesome, i immediately wanted to see an ideation were she has to use the key to open the lock in the book. its a way to secure the book so that no one else can use it.

good luck, nigel

I like your thinking and story development, as you mentioned about exploreing some more ideation drawings I would love to see that, even within the characters you already have. Even though you have created this story, feel free to keep exploring in any direction intrests you or that you think is amazing. I can't wait to see Jigme based on the name alone.

I dig you props, the vases are a great idea, you have a huge amount of historical Egyptian artifacts to work with here. For Noemi is there anyway to combine her Victorian stlye outfit with anything Egyptian themed, cause it feels she has spent a lot of time in Egypt.

Like I mentioned to some other students, think about asymmetry and shape in your designs.

Like Nigel said I really like the key as well. I think the coffin is also intresting, since they don't need to hold a body you could even have something smaller seal these ghosts in as an exploration. What if it is a small music box that needs to be locked with different keys?

Can't wait to see your work this weekend.

hey guys,

thank you both for the comments. I'm trying to speed up my methods of ideation and I think now I'm getting somewhere. I like the idea about how the coffins should be smaller or that he should have a way to carry them that's not as hard. Thanks again!
