Jaime's Ideations 2

Here are my latest rough ideations for the mini golf course I like to call Cloud 18. I found myself not only trying to figure out the design of the course but also the props themselves. I wanted the player to enter an old dried up and dead Garden of eden leading towards the stairs to heaven (golf shot). The stairs are guarded by the wings of two angels. There is still the element of the narrow path but also adding to the difficulty is that it can only pass through 3 openings at the bottom of the wings. It also has to be timed to the opening of the gates of heaven up above. If the player misses then the ball goes down the mouth of the mountain to hell. In hell the player has a chance to make it to heaven by making the ball in the holy grail deep within the caves. Designing this golf course is a great challenge but fun as well. I want the course to be fun, visually pleasing, challenging. Any help in the design of the garden leading up to the stairs of heaven and also the design of hell would be great. Thanks.

Jaime,
Man ,I can see you've been working and really pushing the cretivity. Great job. I love that you are really thinking about the world and exploring different looks for variuos aspect of it. I really like the designs you came up with for the putters, the good and the evil ones. Same with the design of the gate, the mountain, the lake, the tree. You have so many ideas that are working I feel you have enough for a few holes on this golf course. I would like you to use the mountain with the good/evil path and combine that with either the lake or the tree. For now focus on that, and start getting some paint on it.

Jaime,
I very glad to see you continue developing these two ideas. For Saturday I want you to focus on the Heavenly one, and when you get that done start on the under world piece. The reason I say that is so you don't split your time. If you have time please do both, but I want to make sure you have one finished first.
The under world is starting to get a little large in scale. I actually think the lake could work done here in this environment. I get the feel of a phoenix when looking at the shape of the lake. Bird of fire, under world might go together. Again I love seeing all the work you've been doing, bring it all to class this weekend.
